Great — protect those habits. Build around them. Transformation doesn’t mean starting from zero — it means identifying what already adds value and keeping it locked into your routine.

2. Decide What Goes
Let’s call this what it is: a detox.
Start by asking yourself:
“What in my life is draining me, distracting me, or keeping me from reaching my goals?”
This might be:

Saying “yes” to obligations that leave you burned out

Staying up too late and skipping your workouts

Even holding onto guilt or pressure that no longer serves you
You can’t reach new goals by dragging old weight behind you. You have to cut the excess to make room for something better.
3. Take the Bold Action
Once you clear the space, you have to intentionally fill it — and fast.
Why? Because that open space will fill itself. And if you don’t decide what fills it, old habits, stress, and distractions will.
So take the leap:

Commit to three workouts a week and put them in your calendar

Hire a coach, meal prep your week, or set a bedtime that protects your energy
